Best Western Owego Inn

Our stay was great. Nothing bad. Front desk was great as well. Very nice place. Room was clean and neat. Will stay again!

Liked: Most comfortable bed; great breakfast; walk out back is gorgeous.

Liked: The staff was friendly and professional. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The bed was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The lobby area was not very clean. The lounge chairs and sofas in the lobby area were dirty and stained. The bathroom was not cleaned, and there was no hand soap provided in the bathroom. I wanted to use the pull out couch and there were no linens provided. I had to call the front desk and ask for linens. It was certainly not worth the $335.00 per/night rate they charged me for my stay.

Dirty room!

Liked: Value for money is zero. Nice exterior & lobby. Friendly front desk. Location not bad. Room cleaniless is zero. Stained pillow cases and bedspread & dirty. Had to request for fresh bedsheet & spread it before we could sleep beause we all started sneezing & coughing as soon as hit the bed. We were wondering if the room was clean. Window, you don't want to roll the blind up. So disgusting! Don't waste your money!
