Liked: The room was clean, the location was perfect and close to everything we needed, and breakfast was great and had a good selection to pick from for the price.

Liked: The beds weren't sinking in, they're very comfortable.
Disliked: Once I view the rooms and relayed what was wrong with the rooms I was then labeled as a problem and was persuaded that I should just cancel my reservation because I act like I never lived with roaches! And was cut short when asking questions and was given an attitude, just make felt so bad that, they felt like I should just be happy to have any room that had all of those issues or problems when I expressed on my reservation that just have a clean room that had no smells no roaches no rust no mold something clean and decent to lay down and to relax, I was told that you cannot view the rooms before you purchase them!some of the rooms had leaking ceilings wreaked smelled like smoke urine or mold or an unknown musty smell some of the bathrooms had leaking toilets rust broken furniture not clean properly! But soon as a Brazilian family came back and said that their rooms smelled that strong of urine they were greeted nicely and their room was changed with no problem but once I voice that the roaches were running around and the maintenance even came and sprayed and they still running around and I have pictures of them I'm the problem I just wanted to clean room without all the abandonment issues just to lay down relax and enjoy them room with a hard-earned money that I spent and be comfortable! And not being labeled as a problem because I brought something to your attention which I asked would they like to go view the rooms first but they were busy or whatever or too lazy to just all this could have been avoided took time out of my vacation to go room from room up the elevator down the elevator back down to the lobby when I could have been enjoying the time that I paid for to just relax but no I had to do their job as well and then get verbally mentally punished for it and made a mockery of and label as a problem just said but the bed was the best thing that was on the property very comfortable and that's where I spent most of my time balled up on the bed!
