We never stay in this...

Liked: I like the location
Disliked: The room was dirty, smell tobacco, and more than tobacco noisy place. The bothroom was very dirty we and then we bombs in our skin we keep scratching our skin all the night terrible night

Nice facility with some safety...

Liked: The location was excellent, on Universal Blvd and close to I-Drive. The employees were amazing and truly went above and beyond to make every guest feel welcomed. The pool was clean and a fun place to hang out.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet was awful; a lot of the food was bland, and the orange juice tasted rancid. My room smelled a little bit like mildew. I overheard other customers talking about being unable to access their floor via the stairwell, and one lady said she got stuck in an elevator for a few minutes.

Liked: Check-in staff named 'Carol' at reception was very courteous and efficient.
Disliked: Cleanliness of the room. The floor was not very clean. Tea-coffee amenities was not topped up the next day and the room was also not cleaned the next day.
