Wonderful Place

Liked: We arrived about 45 minutes before check in time but we were able to go ahead and check in. The lobby smelled amazing when walking in the door. Our room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: First room we stayed in was not cleaned there was dirt and grass in the sheets buzz cans left in the dresser the room had not been cleaned the lady at the evening desks did apologize and move us to another room that had just been cleaned other than that the staff was nice location was good

Exceptional

Liked: Best staff. Amazing customer service. Kind. Clean. And even when there was a human calling and slandering our names the staff could clearly see the truth. Love the employees. Very beautiful and spicy. It was so wonderful. Thanks again

Liked: The breakfast attendant was amazing, she kept up with everything and kept it fresh.
Disliked: The pool was out of order, the elevator was creepy and felt like it was going to break. The ice machine on our floor was out the entire stay

Disliked: Booking.com said there was a pool we had kids. Pool was green/closed and according to the desk not even open for another two weeks anyway. Hot water in the shower took forever to come on and then only a trickle.
