Exceptional

Such great value for money!...

Liked: Paterson from reception was such a sweetheart! He gaves us a free upgrade to a suite, where everything was put in place to make our stay extra special. All of the people working at the hotel do so with so much service-mindedness, they're all very kind! The hotel lobby seems to have just been remodeled, and has a little coffee, sweets and refreshments station that is a very thoughtful touch. Our room (a suite) had a lot of space and a very big and comfy bed.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet was good, but I would have preferred a fried egg option as well (not a bad thing, just a tiny thing they could add :))

Exceptional

Liked: Very lovely staff. Close to the metro station. Balkony with table and chairs we can see the Eiffel. There is a lovely hall with coffe and lemonade with some candies. I hope I will come back soon.

Superb

Liked: Lovely place, very welcoming.We received a guest of the day, so we were super happy!
Disliked: Need more signage - To the breakfast room, to the reception. We got a little lost initially

Small rooms

Liked: It was clean and nice view
Disliked: I requested two beds and only got one

Definitely amazing staffs in here...

Liked: Air conditioner work strong and so clean in the whole room ! And the location is absolutely perfect with surrounding grocery stores and restaurants and coffee shops.
Disliked: The light in the bathroom was not quite working well as one of the light keeps blinking non-stop for every few seconds but will stop later on.

Good

Liked: nice location, clean rooms and friendly staff
Disliked: we did not have hot water for the first night, and no wifi the whole stay

Disliked: There was nothing I disliked, the only thing that wasn’t 100 percent was that the hotel was having building work being done when we stayed and the banging and drilling did come through to our room. But other than that, there wasn’t anything negative to say.
