Pleasant stay near Ontario airport...
Liked: Very convenient location near Ontario Airport and within easy walking distance of many dining options. Gas station is also just down the street. Staff was very kind.

I enjoyed my stay and...
Liked: Overall, it was quiet and comfortable. The air conditioning was working well and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The elevator floor indication display was out. The elevator may need servicing. The TV guide did not seem to work with the remote control that was in the room. There was no button to press to choose a channel on the guide. It still works, just not well.

Adequate
Liked: Close to airport, old-fashioned but clean and comfortable rooms.
Disliked: Did not feel safe when waiting for lift - other people were loud and high ( not pot high something more substantial ). Homeless people in lobby although staff were efficient.

Disliked: When I arrive there was a bit of a wait because there was only one receptionist, about 10 mins later another receptionist arrived and took a bit to check in, because the first receptionist was having trouble checking in another couple and the second receptionist helped her and I had to wait for the key card. Another issue was that cleaning crew was mopping and there was various puddles of water all throughout the lobby all the way to the elevator, almost slipped on my way to the elevator. I would think that cleaning crew would mop way ahead of check on time to avoid this, almost in the morning when I went to get breakfast the floor was very sticky.
