Best Western On The Avenue

The hotel was very good. Close to restaurants. Nice bed, I forgot I wasn't home. Will stay there again for any other concerts we go to in Buffalo.

Disliked: Bathroom needs updating.

Liked: Large spacious room.
Disliked: Water was spilled under coffee pot and it saturated our items on the desk. For the price of the room they should have water bottles available! Ice machine should be on each floor.

Liked: Good location for an overnight stop. Clean and comfortable. Good size room and breakfast was nice. Free parking is a bonus.

Nice spot for a night...

Liked: pros - it was in town which is convenient to walk to places, the people who worked there were super nice and helpful! the bed was comfortable and rooms were clean!
Disliked: cons - very noisy but that can be at just about any hotel, people slamming doors and loud music being played. The parking was a mess but we asked for help on where else to park so if you’re struggling to find parking just ask the people at the front desk and they will assist you.
