The hotel was very good. Close to restaurants. Nice bed, I forgot I wasn't home. Will stay there again for any other concerts we go to in Buffalo.

Liked: Comfy bed!
Disliked: Bathroom needs updating.

Overpriced for the amenities!

Liked: Large spacious room.
Disliked: Water was spilled under coffee pot and it saturated our items on the desk. For the price of the room they should have water bottles available! Ice machine should be on each floor.

Very good place to stay.

Liked: The Breakfast was excellent with lots of options fresh and hot eggs, sausages, hash browns, different breads, yogurt, fruits, juices , tea & coffee. The Room was very clean and towels were white and no odour at all.The staff was very helpful especially the night staff who were very patient in listening to my complains. He apologised for the inconveniencesThe bulb outside the bathroom was not working they came within half hour of complain. It had loose connection needed adjustment.They have coffee, Tea and Hot chocolate available 24/7 on ground floor in coffee room is again an added bonus to guest.
Disliked: The wifi was not connecting in our room, I requested them 3 times and yet it was not working till we left.The phone in the room was not working at all.The lift makes a lot of noise.

Highly Recommend Staying Here

Liked: The entire staff from the receptionist, to the entire kitchen staff and even the manager were very friendly and nice and made sure everyone was comfortable and satisfied at all times.
Disliked: Everything was great, thank you.
