The hotel was very good. Close to restaurants. Nice bed, I forgot I wasn't home. Will stay there again for any other concerts we go to in Buffalo.

Liked: Comfy bed!
Disliked: Bathroom needs updating.

Overpriced for the amenities!

Liked: Large spacious room.
Disliked: Water was spilled under coffee pot and it saturated our items on the desk. For the price of the room they should have water bottles available! Ice machine should be on each floor.

good hotel, good value, not...

Liked: location was close to a concert venue we had tickets for:) the separate toilet was a bonus too
Disliked: parking was atrocious. the parking spots are so close together and there were traffic cones everywhere with no purpose. extremely hard to get in and out of parking lot

Not great at all.

Liked: Check in took a long time. Front desk seemed very overwhelmed . Got to the first room. White powder on the floor. Tried Turing the tv on no signal. Called the front desk got told too busy to look into it. An hour went by we went down to the front desk before leaving for the evening. Said they would go up and look. Come back tv not working still. I called they can’t fix changing rooms. Go to the next room the fan for the cool air makes a loud vibrating noise. Can’t get the room cool. No hand soap in either rooms. Just facial soap.
