The woman who checked us...

Liked: The woman who checked us in was wonderful! She was friendly and helpful. (Our group included older ladies. She was patient with all our questions and gave us a great suggestion for a restaurant that served lunch.) After a very long drive, her smile and bubbly personality put all of us in a great mood, ready for an adventure in Buffalo!The grab-n-go bag was ok, but I'm not a big fan of muffins, fruit bars or apples. The breakfast sandwiches were good. I understand the breakfast wasn't your normal fare because of COVID-19.
Disliked: Just the breakfast. I found everything else to be great. Good shower, comfy bed, clean room, friendly staff, great location ( we were able to walk to a good restaurant from the hotel and close to where we wanted to visit the next day), free parking close to the entrance.
