Best Western Of Lake George

Horrible and please don't book.

Liked: Absolutely nothing. From the second I walked into room was mind blown. The staff was horrible. The facility was dirty. The rooms were disgusting. They had no blankets no towels no washcloths no housekeeping everything about this day was horrible when it came into the hotel I go to Lake George. Every summer in this is the first time I stayed here and I will never ever ever come back.

I OK, BUT IT COULD...

Liked: THE BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE, THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD THE FIRST THREE DAYS BUT AFTER THAT NO, AS IT WAS THE EXACT SAME THING EVERY DAY.
Disliked: WE DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT WE HAD TO GO TO THE FRONT DESK EVERY DAY TO GET FRESH TOWELS, WE WOULD SET OUT THE USED ONES IN THE HALL WHEN WE LEFT AND THE CLEANING CREW WOULD NOT LEAVE FRESH ONES IN THE ROOM, ALSO WHEN REQUESTED TO HAVE OUR ROOM CLEAN AND BEDS MADE IT WAS NOT.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, we really enjoyed it. The staff were amazing, especially the gentleman at the front desk who was so friendly and helped us immediately with changing our room. The location was great, and we loved their pool. Also, the coffee was absolutely delicious, especially the strong one!
Disliked: Our first room was awful, and the sink was blocked. The new room was much better, though there was still a faint unpleasant odor. The towels smelled strongly of chlorine, with no fresh detergent scent.
