Liked: The area around the facility was closed down. The building is older, but clean and maintained. The breakfast was very good in a small building right next to the motel.

Liked: Very friendly staff, both at a late checkin and at check out. The lady running the kitchen was great.
Disliked: Outside stairs (metal stair tread) were damp and a bit sketchy for secure footing.

Disliked: Your policy on Locals!!!! To me Locals refer to ppls there I travel Texarkana tx it's ur Locals that cause make up policy again take ur reservations off the world wide contact that allows reservations to be made only to be told WR DNT GIVE ROOMS TO LOCALS
