Liked: The rooms were so clean and smelt really good! The air conditioner worked soooo good! The showers were clean! The heated pool was beautiful! The staff was super nice and friendly! I will be staying here again!

Excellent service from the staff on duty - horrible service from a night shift .

Liked: The hostess on staff was exceptional!!!. However, a front desk employer changed our 'handicap' room to regular room (that was previously reserved) and put someone else in our room.
Disliked: A staff member changing a room reservation without notifying us. The lack of a handicap room was a HUGE disadvantage.

Liked: Ive stayed at this hotel many times. And have always enjoyed myself. However, the old staff have left due to new owners. The quality has dropped off a little. I was informed the hot tub will not be available ever again. I was disappointed to hear about it. Considering I am always sore and tired each afternoon after work. And really enjoyed it.
