Disliked: The toilet kept clogging and the kitchen was not equipped for a family staying for a full week. The facility needs updating and an actual hot tub put back in

Would not every stay here...

Liked: Location is amazing, staff was kind.
Disliked: It was filthy. I rode the elevator in the Tower 3 to the gym and the doors, the walls, the floors were filthy. I don't know if it has ever been clean. I could not believe the gym, there were 3 dumb bells, a broken machine and again filthy.My room did not get hot water, barely warm. The peep hole was missing and a tissue wadded in it. There was no seal on the top of my door and it was at least 1/4 inch gap, which I think brought in tiny bugs. The door had lots of sticky residue on the inside.There was a rowdy group at the hotel, lots of yelloing and a huge fight. The police were called accusations of a gun were being thrown around. The police apprehended the individual and they were holding a pistol, now was it an airsoft gun or real pistol, I do not know but they had a gun or gun like object in their hand. I asked to check out and for refund of this night because of my experience and they said it was granted but that I was wrong. I am waiting for that to be issued. The group that caused this ruckus were checking in when I checked in and I know they were staying on the property longer and I wanted nothing to do with that crowd.

Nice quick getaway

Liked: The staff was always very nice, breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable, the location to the beach was very good.
Disliked: The door to the balcony was difficult to open, parking was not always the easiest.

It was okay, but for...

Liked: Breakfast was very good but the room was very small. Great view from our room.
Disliked: I was given a room right across from the elevator which kept us up must nights because it was very loud. It sounded like it was going to break. The pools were tiny and the indoor pool was cloudy and disgusting.
