Enjoyed the bigger room and...

Liked: I enjoyed that breakfast was included with the stay. The pool was nice and had lots of seating around it.
Disliked: Our room wasn’t the cleanest when we got there. Looks like the toilet had just been used. Our kitchen pans looked terrible, there wasn’t enough silverware to use if we did make a meal. Would have been nice to know the tiki hut didn’t have a liquor license.

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The photos that we saw when we booked our room were misleading. The photos looked beautiful and relaxing, and this is what we wanted. We booked an Ocean front king suiteWell, to our suprise, it was the complete opposite. The room was old and dated with rusty appliances. The bathroom was very small. Our ocean front was right above the pool, which was loud and noisy. We had to pay for one night and we didn't even stay thereWe had to book another hotel at the last minute and of course it cost way more but was worth our week vacation. Booking did help us get money back, but it was less than half of what we had to choose because of last-minute cost at the new hotel. Stick with Hiltons and Marriott hotels if you can.

Liked: Great ocean view with sitting balcony. Complementary Breakfast was appreciated and service there was amazing but quality of food was low. Appreciate the Ice being available with such hot temperatures outside, nice a/c kept the room cool, and convenient kitchenette area inside the room.
Disliked: The bathroom had fresh paint but needs a total make over. Tiki bar and lazy river were misleading; no alcohol and super small lazy river; more like a small pool with a divider in the middle.

Liked: Perfect hotel for our needs. Comfortable beds. Small pool was clean, quiet, and refreshing. Easy walk to beach. Good breakfast. We liked not having to park in a garage.

Would and most likely will...

Liked: Location on the beach, loved the double balcony/double room, loved the kitchen, loved the included breakfast. Breakfast is absolutely amazing. Housekeeping did very well. We did have to ask them to come back a couple days due to the timing and people being in the shower, etc. one day they didn’t come back, but they still did a great job. Loved the tiki bar except for one exception. Loved the pools. Staff were very kind. Absolutely loved the live music on Friday and Saturday. Also that we could even vibe to it on our balconies.
Disliked: We had mentioned that one of the door handles to the bathroom was broken and the lock didn’t work and that the room with the double bed was very warm at the lowest setting on continuous AC- we realized that the sliding glass door was disconnected from the black part of the door which caused there to be a large opening to the outside air. We did mention this to the front desk. Once we closed the pull down lock to squeeze it closed as much as we could and closed the curtain to that area, it did help a little. No one did ever come to assess it though. The tiki bar was awesome, but were unable to serve alcoholic beverages due to I believe an expired alcohol license. The drinks were still delicious. I also saw where a hot tub was listed, but I could never find one. It looked like it was attempted to be crossed off in the elevator guide, but the marker was removed. Also the heat in the elevator area and elevator waiting area was a bit much, maybe some ventilation would help. Even multiple elevators would help with the amount of people staying there. More accessible parking. The staff was kind enough to give me a map of the further away parking areas though.

Pleasant

Liked: Staff especially Michelle at the front desk and the two Tiki hut workers were Amazing. Housekeeping skipped us 3 times in our 5 day stay even after I complained to the front desk. Michelle front desk brought me up a bag of clean towels and toiletries after I was skipped twice in a row.
Disliked: Housekeeping
