Disappointing

Liked: The rooms were clean. Food was actually good.
Disliked: When we went to check in at the desk asked how his day was? he said terrible and was kinda on the defensive mode. Then they did have any of im info in the system when I arrived. Pool was closed. And when ever I used the bathroom/toilet the toilet made an terrible noise. Like I was screaming at me.

Liked: Good location, walking distance to stores.

Liked: The hospitality from the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond the basic needs of a hotel.. I did not have a ride to go to something that I needed to they helped with accommodations because there was no tax service locally.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the hot tub in the pool broke down in the middle of our stay.

Liked: Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. They help a long travel blah fade away. They can laugh and joke and make ya feel comfortable
Disliked: More often than not the pool and hot tub are down (which is the huge bonus towards the price) yet we still pay full price. Not cool

Good value but could be...

Liked: Continental breakfast was awesomely prepared. The room was quiet and well maintained.Staff were, for the most part, helpful, the general location within the town was exceptional.The grounds were fairly clean and parking was abundant.The rooms were also very spacious.
Disliked: The pool was extremely cold and people from the local community were using the pool and hot tub. Part of their family was in one room, a grandma and grandpa. Yet they're entire family, whom lived locally, 5 adults and 6 children, along with the grandparents, commandeered the pool and hot tub for a greater portion of the weekend. There was no adult swim or usage time of the hot tub, children were allowed to run, scream and/or yell the entire time the pool was open, it was not very peaceful or relaxing for paying guests. I would recommend at least the last hour of the pool, be adult swim only and staff needs to check the temperature of the pool regularly as it was freezing cold and their poolside shower leaked at the ceiling. I was also frustrated with being promised, a ground floor, pool/hot tub side room, yet upon arrival was told that morning staff had allowed guests to occupy my room by transferring them without their reservation being finalized. I expressed my frustration as I have a medical condition with my knee, that is why I called ahead and requested that room from night staff. That way I could perform therapy for my knee within the hot tub. Upon arrival staff said there was nothing he could do to help me. He apologized severely, blaming morning staff for allowing guests to transfer without their reservation being finalized, as mine already was. I was given a room on the 2nd floor farthest away from the actual hot tub And without elevators, I had to walk down stairs and through half of the hotel to get to the hot tub and vice versa to get back to my room.
