Front Desk Attendants need retraining!

Liked: The Breakfast was excellent! The Attendants were friendly; environment clean. Beds were comfortable. Room Attendants were very nice about supplying linen/etc.
Disliked: Location awkward to access! Noise: trains going through all times of day and night. Arrived too early; instead of suggesting work around (i.e. pro rating room) Front Desk Attendant turned us away. Promised to call when a room was available; DIDN'T!Front Desk Attendant put in incorrect check out date; we were locked out of room and facility!

Liked: everything was neat and clean, everyone was very fresh.
Disliked: when i walk in the room it had a wet smell to it

Disliked: Very humid and moist in the rooms. A/C didn’t work well and very dirty carpets and smelled terrible in rooms/hallways etc. Breakfast staff was great Breakfast was gross
