Disliked: Housekeeping services never did come for multiple days , front desk staff blame guests for that claiming you shouldn’t display the sign on your door asking for your room to be made up if you want housekeeping services. Great difficulty with room keys , multiple guests locked out of the building as well as their rooms at 11 pm at night in the dark without notice , took almost an hour to resolve with moody front desk staff. Strange group of drunk men who are not guests were allowed to hang out in parking lots all 3 nights I stayed . Breakfast bar’s juice machine is out of order , also nothing Gluten free for those with Celiac Disease. Mini fridge in room was running very loudly and it is likely the appliance needs to be replaced . Staff do not thank guests or acknowledge when they should apologize for hotel shortcomings .

Liked: The breakfast smelled incredible! We weren't able to stay to eat.We only stayed one night. The room was clean and toiletries were well stocked. The A/C worked nicely! The staff was great. We left our car keys in the room and the woman on desk duty went to the room and found them for us!!
