Disliked: Jacuzzi tub was dirty, oily residue from previous guests. Obviously hadn’t been cleaned. Jacuzzi tub did not work, broken. Mattress super soft with a topper that kept bunching up and sheets that were worn out so they kept coming off throughout the night. Bed had no comforter as most hotels of this price point. Two sheets and a thin blanket only. No blanket in room. The price point would be OK if everything was perfect. Also, no restaurant nearby except fast food.Staff were somewhat accommodating to complaints but it felt like we were blamed for not mentioning it upon arrival, although it was very late when we got there.Would not recommend this hotel

Overall the stay was welcome,...

Liked: The facility was very good. Rooms clean and handicap amenities were just right. Loved the 24-7 swimming pool. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and ample for our large family's needs.
Disliked: Check in was painful. It was very late and it took an hour and a half. We were exhausted from a long day of traveling so that didn't help. I thought with reservations the process would go more smoothly. The clerk was extremely slow. Had to read the entire script to every person checking in in spite of the fact that we could all hear what was said to the two customers in front of our large group of 10 people checking into separate rooms.
