Best Western Northfields Ealing Hotel

Excellent Hotel in great location

Liked: Tube station across the road, near Heathrow, comfortable quiet room.Special thanks to Patrick on the front desk for being extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly.
Disliked: Not enough, milk and coffee but not a big deal.

Not brilliant but comfortable room

Disliked: The security guard was asleep on the front desk at 1am when we came back in,the front door was unlocked,anyone could have just walked in off the street.A lot of unnecessary noise coming from room 308 across the corridor from us.This started at approx 3am and went on till about 4.45am.Shouting very loud,no consideration for other guests.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, as usual. I have always found all staff in the hotel to be extremely friendly and courteous. The staff at reception give out a very warm welcome to guests. In particular both Patrick and Sandeep go above and beyond.
Disliked: 1. Re-open the restaurant. 2. The website could be more user friendly for booking.

Great value hotel with easy...

Liked: The rooms were very spacious. The location is near many cafés and shops and also easy access to public transportation.
Disliked: The carpet definitely needed to be cleaned.

Liked: I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely superb, situated directly across from Northfields Underground station. This made it incredibly convenient to get around London and, more importantly, to and from the airport. The Piccadilly Line service from this station provides a direct and easy route to all of Heathrow's terminals, which was a huge bonus for my travel plans.​The room itself was spotless and well-maintained. It was clear that a lot of care is taken to keep the accommodations clean and comfortable. The staff were also wonderful—every person I interacted with was friendly, approachable, and happy to help.
Disliked: My only suggestion for improvement would be with the breakfast. While the food provided was good, I felt that a greater variety of items would make it even better.

Great stay. Great shower and...

Liked: Across the street from subway station. Staff was friendly and professional. Although it is an older building, rooms were well furnished, clean and updated. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a big plus.
Disliked: My window was near subway trains coming and going. Somehow I doubt best western could reroute trains. I did have a good pair of ear plugs so I was able to sleep with no problem.
