Good stay due to staff...

Liked: The two reception staff were awesome, they were very responsive.
Disliked: Very tired rooms. Couches had rips in them. Cupboards broken. Skirtings dirty. Needed more plates. Noisy from street.

Liked: The kitchen was very well appointed . Laundry had washing machine
Disliked: The mattress was very uncomfortable . the TV and dvd player are not compatible . the outside screen door was very dirty

Good sized apartment in a...

Liked: The apartment was well located at the quiet end of Northbridge, away from all the bars and clubs. It was conveniently located to public transport and it was good to have access to a pool during a hot Perth summer. We were also happy with how quickly staff responded to concerns we had. The apartment was also a good size and it was good to have 2 bathrooms for a 3 bedroom apartment.
Disliked: Attention to detail was certainly lacking at the apartment. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment for 6 people but discovered that there were only 2 forks, 4 drinking glasses and 5 dining chairs in the apartment. We also didn't have anything to hang clothes or pool towels on to dry and there was only one sachet of dishwashing detergent provided (which house-keeping failed to restock). Furthermore, the air-conditioner in the main bedroom didn't work. A technician was called in straight away to fix it but was unable to provide a remote so we had to resort to standing on a chair to switch it off at the unit if we wanted it off.The kitchen design (along one wall) had limited bench space so was a difficult space to cook in. We were staying 8 nights and self-catering so this was an issue for us, but probably wouldn't bother other travellers.The pool was good but did seem quite murky.The apartment needed an overall clean and general maintenance. Silicon sealant needed redoing in the bathroom and the walls all needed a clean (especially down the stairwell.

with some easy fixes this...

Liked: good location- close to free bus service and bars and restaurants. pool area was lovely.
Disliked: very tired. apartment needed painting. patio furniture needs to be replaced or gotten rid of all together. front entrance had a lot of cobwebs and flower pot had dead plants. not a good first impression.

Disliked: Decor is a bit tired and dated but clean and bed very comfortable
