Best Western North Bay Hotel & Conference Centre

Quite disappointed with my stay.

Liked: The room was clean. The front desk was polite, and personable.The front desk offered complimentary breakfast coupons because the pool, sauna, and hot tub were closed for maintenance.
Disliked: The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking, so much so that in the morning I almost slipped and fell on the wet tile floor.Because of the leak, I was unable to use the blow dryer because it was soaking wet.When I mentioned it to the front desk, they didn't do anything to compensate me.

Ac dont work

Liked: Clean room , pet friendly.
Disliked: Ancient ac. Loud the first night woke up with a headache 2nd night it quit cooling so I got no sleep. But upon telling them that ,nothing was offered by way of reimbursement etc. High price for the level of room , ive stayed at a low-end motel that was better. Queen room , online says queen beds , in real life they're double or twin at best.
