Liked: Good food, pleasant people, helpful and respectful. All was good . Receved help when asked. Response was quick and very helpful and pleasant,Staff went the extra mile to be pleasant and helpful. Courteous all the time. Would recommend to others and would stay again.
Disliked: Personally I am not a big fan about welcoming animals and pets, where I stay. Would like a map of where everything is eg the pool, sauna, hot tub , coffee room etc

Great hotel, let down by...

Liked: Good sized, clean room.
Disliked: Service at the restaurant was really poor. Lack of attention from waiting staff, they disappeared for long periods of time, food took ages to arrive despite the restaurant not being busy, really disappointing.

Overall our stay was fine....

Liked: Great breakfast and good service in the restaurant.
Disliked: Did not like the "pre-authorization" system at check-in. Very confusing and presumably not necessary as you had our credit card info when we reserved the room. That was sufficient at all the other chain hotels we stayed at. We thought we had been charged twice when we checked our credit card charges later. Would have liked an info sheet at check-in explaining system and other general information about the hotel, but realize paperless is the way to go now.
