Nice stopover but a bit...

Liked: The location was lovely , perfect stopover for an event at Rutland show ground . Bedding was clean, biscuits, plenty teas and coffee. Glasses for water. Clean towels . Nice toiletries.
Disliked: The room was dated and in need of an upgrade. The mattress seemed old and was soft and creaky. The bathroom was dated and had mould round the seals round the shower. The windows were old and there was a handle broken on the window .

Liked: Fantastic location overlooking Rutland water and only a few yards from the perimeter track and fantastic views of Normanton Church
Disliked: Evening meals menu is very limited and expensive for what’s on offer

Enjoyable comfortable stay

Liked: Great location right on the edge of Rutland Water, friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Room was a little tired but clean and comfortable. There was a musty smell in the bathroom.
