Liked: I believe i spoke with Jennifer on my way to the hotel to confirm that i would be pretty late getting in and i wanted to make sure that was ok. She told me it would be just fine. Then when i did arrive she was so happy and kind when she checked me in! In the morning during breakfast, your whole staff was kind!

Dirty and things not running...

Liked: Air/heat wouldn’t shut off and was making crazy loud noise the entire time. Dirty - cobwebs and air ducts had dust pouring out of them. Sheets were stained

Horrible stay no response from...

Liked: It was horrible and I've written 2 emails, one to booking dot com and one to best Western asking for a refund and haven't gotten any reply at all. The room was dirty and the wall part of the AC was so loud I got no sleep. The bed was wallowed out, the toilet didn't like to flush had to stand there and flush 3 times. It was WAY TOO MUCH MONEY for this room! And my father n law just rented a room with two QUEEN BEDS for $40 less.
