Disliked: Beds were horrible, could feel the springs poking my sides and back all night, little to no sleep, coffee pots are way to little and not enough regular coffees in the room. TV wasn't great, couldn't find a guide on the remote so not sure who they have satellite service with! Also booked our rooms through booking.com for smoking rooms and when we got there our rooms were not smoking rooms but it was late and we just wanted to rest so we didn't change rooms but they need to pay attention to the room bookings on that app so you get the rooms you pay for, and want!

Liked: Clean and comfortable. Good location. Bring an eye mask and earplugs though.
Disliked: The light outside the room was bright and shone into the room all night. The pipes above us made noise all night long. The cleaning staff walked in on me while I was in my underwear drying my hair

Disliked: Room on the small side. Curtains don’t close completely to block out light (when sleeping).
