Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: No Front Desk personnel / nor Breakfast personnel in their areas in the morning. Waffle mix had black particles (not blueberries) and the waffle machine was dirty.

Worst Hotel Ever!!!! Dont do...

Liked: NOTHING It was me and my husband first time ever visiting New Orleans. We literally just wanted to get in the pool. Was told every day we could get in the next day. Never got in. Breakfast is horrible! Some of the front desk staff attitude was WORSE THAN ANYONE IVE EVER MET IN THE BUSINESS. I WOULD RATHER YOU TAKE YOUR CHANCES ON BOURBON STREET!

The Customer Service was by far the worst! I want a refund due to being stuck on your elevator three times. I have anxiety and ptsd and I damn near had a panic attack every time we got on that elevator. Then we could never find the stairs to get to our room, only stairs to go outside. It was a horrible experience, but that elevator was the worst part. I'm really thinking about taking this to court.

Disliked: The beds were hard, the floors in the elevators were dirty our entire stay. The hotel didn't smell clean. There was a sour smell the entire weekend.

Liked: Not much, room smelled musty and was restroom was that clean
Disliked: Staff, didn’t have a room for me, no breakfast, dirty, no shower curtain, no soap in the public restroom

Liked: The room and bathroom was nice and comfortable.
Disliked: We was asking for towels, but didn’t receive any. We was told there were know towels clean. And the elevator was ever slow. And the pool was nasty

Liked: The staff was extremely nice and amazing
Disliked: The hallways carpet had a really strong smell and lots of thing not up to date and broken

Disliked: The room we originally booked wasn't available. They then tried to accommodate us by offering us a different room which was filled with nats. So we had to switch room's again. While settling in for bed a little after 11pm we hear a knock on our room door. Upon getting up to go check to see who was at the door our room door started to come open. Thankfully my husband had latch the top of the door. I hurried & shut it back. The guy states he was doing room checks which seemed suspicious at that time of night. Upon calling the front desk the clerk states she had him doing room checks. Never have I ever stayed at a hotel that does room checks at 11pm at night. I expressed to her I felt unsafe because of it. There was a party in the lobby the following night. Music was blasting. What a horrible experience! We decided to check out a day early because of it.
