Best Western New Oregon Motel

The pool was refreshing and hot tub was great. The patio by the pool was a great place to get some sun. Pet friendly. Nice rooms, comfortable beds.

No Breakfast For Us

Disliked: My husband left to get us breakfast to go today at 9:25am. When he got to the breakfast room, they said that it was too late to get breakfast, even though other people were still eating at the tables and there was a lot of food out. My husband asked if he could grab 2 plates of food really quickly to take back to our room, and they said no. At this point, it was 9:35am when he returned. We expressed our dissatisfaction to the front desk person, who offered no help or compensation. Part of the reason we booked this hotel was for the breakfast!

Liked: Did not meet the price I paid.
Disliked: Was not able to early checking and I did not get My request to have room facing parking lot. Plus no towels in the pool area and the sauna barley got hot enough to use.
