The pool was refreshing and hot tub was great. The patio by the pool was a great place to get some sun. Pet friendly. Nice rooms, comfortable beds.

Very good
Liked: Staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful. The breakfast room was welcoming.
Disliked: There was no hot tub despite being listed on the website and the pool was not available until 9 am so I was not able to have a morning swim.

Fantastic
Liked: Location perfect. Breakfast amazing. Room great. Front desk person when we arrived wonderful, shared good information willingly. And shared of herself, a fantastic first impression of Eugene.
Disliked: We need to leave the breakfast area almost right at 9:30. We were not getting any more food and just had wante to hang out a bit.

Fine for expectations
Liked: Parking was easy. Good enough location. I like Best Westerns. Decent breakfast.
Disliked: One of my pillows looked dingy and potentially dirty. The blanket on the foot of bed had some smear on it - dirty.

Liked: The front staff 4/1/25 was exceptional in every request. They were all so professional and kind and personable.Truly everyone was So helpful. I had a very overwhelming week and to have people helpful with good attitudes to help me with all of my questions about using the motel tech and local area ..priceless(MICHEAL? Was so sweet spirited)The room was beautiful. Breakfast attendant 4/2 (Tiffany?) Kept things stocked and clean. Wish I had cash on me for a tip, but a nice review might feel even better. I will definitely come here again.
