Great Hotel in a superb...

Liked: A supreme location in Jesmond. Not only interesting in itself, but ten minutes from the City Centre via the two close by Metro Stations. Staff are all great and friendly and full of local knowledge. They go above and beyond. All the staff are great, but I wish to give a big shout out to Melvin and Timmi! Fantastic breakfast options. And the adjoining restaurant- Chakh Dhoom - serves the best Indian food I have ever had… bar none. If you’re staying in Newcastle, long term or short term, I really can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

Reliable hotel in great location...

Liked: Location, friendly staff, comfortable room.
Disliked: Some noise and smells from the restaurant directly beneath us but did stop by 11:30pm. Heating a bit erratic.
