Liked: I really appreciated the consideration given to my request for a late dinner. I arrived shortly before closing and the kitchen was able to offer me a delicious vegetarian soup.
Disliked: Would be nice to have an option for a late check-out.

Adequate and acceptable but not...

Liked: The food was excellent and the food service team were very good. I didn't have breakfast but the two evening meals I ate exceeded my expectations.
Disliked: Reception staff rarely acknowledged you and I felt I was an inconvenience when I needed to interact with them. The room was dark and there was no fan in the bathroom.
