After looking for a hotel room for after attending the Matthew West concert, most of the surrounding hotels were priced extremely high; when we found the Best Western, that was priced much better. We thought it wouldn't be a pleasant experience - wrong, it was great, including the free breakfast the next morning.

Liked: Extremely clean and fair priced.
Disliked: None. Very satisfied.

BAD - Extremely Overrated on...

Liked: Staff was nice enough..
Disliked: The room had a terrible musty smell and was dark like a dungeon. The floors were very dirty and my kids feet were black after only a couple hours in the room.

Acceptable place to stay when...

Liked: Convenient to the highway. Easy and parking is included. Friendly front desk person.
Disliked: The hallways need freshening up. The room was clean but a little dreary.

Roaches upon arrival

Liked: Close to where we needed to be. Outdoor pool was nice. Staff was polite when we interacted with them.
Disliked: Roaches were in our room when we arrived. Dead and alive. Truly disgusting. We were moved to a higher floor/different room and it was clean but we were so freaked out by the first room that we didn't feel comfortable enjoying breakfast there each morning which was part of why we booked the hotel.
