Liked: beautiful grounds and pools
Disliked: the pool area at night is not well lit at all and has a few dangerous ledges that you can’t seeall around the pool area. I tripped on and almost fell flat on my face. I also felt nauseous and sick that night -- only ate 1 thing that day that was probably safe so i hope they are keeping the water in the hot tubs and pools clean because if not it can make people sick.

Grubby and poorly maintained

Liked: Nice pool areas. Breakfast was good. Convenient for a bus route into downtown if you want to avoid driving.
Disliked: Grubby and depressing room. Bathroom was not in good shape, with dirty and mouldy sealant around fittings. Housekeeping was slipshod - they left wet towels instead of changing them, and didn’t top up coffee or provide new cups.

Liked: Lovely pool area. Staff working at breakfast were really friendly. Good location for exploring Naples.
Disliked: Our room was grubby. Stains on furniture, filthy carpet, yellowing walls. Things like the bath etc were clean as was the bedding but the room itself was very run down and carpet would definitely benefit from a deep clean. When we arrived the man on reception didn’t even say hello. He simply stated “Name” handed us a key and pointed on a map where our room was. I was also appalled at how he snapped at a colleague. He gave us no information. We asked what time breakfast was and he didn’t answer, his far friendlier colleague responded for him. It was not a great welcome and totally at odds with our experience of front of desk staff in any other hotel!

Liked: Breakfast by the pool was very nice. The hotel is located in a good location, not far from the historic center and close to the beach, shopping centers and the highway. We appreciated the beach shuttle. Overall, the staff were very courteous and friendly.
Disliked: The beds were a little bit soft and when we arrived they told us they had no record of our reservation.

Disliked: We stayed for 2 days and they didn't clean the room. The pools were not heated and one of the jacuzzis did not work. The pools were dirty and the beach towels were very small and were not visible to the guests. The price was not according to what they offered.

Disliked: No customer service at all of the front desk staff. Dominique tried to spoil our holidays and was very rude and unpolite. They treated us very badly because Booking payment had not arrived at the hotel at the time of the check in. They saw the reservation and payment in Booking website but still made us wait more than 4 hours to decide whether they would give us a room or not. During that time they told us (Dominique in particular) that we were going to have to sleep on the street if we didn't call Booking and make the payment again. Incredible. Terrible customer service from Dominique. They did nothing to solve the issue during those 4 hours, only treated us poorly and gave us a terrible time. Then when they finally told the manager about our case they assigned us the room. The room was full of cockroaches and we had to ask for a change. Incredible how the hotel is deteriorated. I stayed there in 2019 and it was very good that's why we booked there again. Nowadays it is a disaster, not worth the category nor the price they charge. Dirty rooms, cockroaches and, above all, bad treatment from the staff. Don't go! It's not even worth the price-quality ratio.
