Disliked: I always travel to this hotel and I didn't like that the pool water was very cold. People who were on vacation and children especially couldn't enjoy it to the fullest. They should install a water heater to make the stay more pleasant.

Liked: Location was perfect and the pool was nice. Our room was not very clean. Although staff came to clean, the carpet was filthy and needs to be steam cleaned or replaced.

Disliked: Stayed for one night, room was updated, clean with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, the grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed the koi ponds and fountains and sculptures. Breakfast was great. Would Definately stay again. Did not experience any of the things the bad reviews mentioned! Did not see one bug and the sheets and towels and room overall were super clean!
