Very good

Liked: Great location near Ball State University.
Disliked: The room had a weird smell when we first came in, but it went away. There was also a stain on one of the sheets.

Great location but would not...

Liked: The location was close to Ball State
Disliked: The guy at the front desk gave us 1 key for 3 of us, we were on the 2nd floor, went to get a cart to out all of our things in and then he tells us there isn’t an elevator in the hotel that we will have to carry everything up the stairs. Our room had a musty odor to it(assuming it’s an older building). The beds are very uncomfortable. Overall I would not stay there again.
