Liked: Beds were nice and soft but rooms could definitely be updated and new paint but otherwise liked the movie portion of the stay and the really nice soft bed and the breakfest but otherwise it definitely needs to be updated

Disliked: Shower took a good long time to heat up. The smell coming out of the AC was a little dank.

Liked: The room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet, which is what I was looking for. It would have been fun to see a drive in movie from the room, but I knew going in that there were no movies in winter.
Disliked: My stay was very nice overall at this Best Western motel. A few picky things: The location is too far from town to walk in, which would have been nice. I went into the fitness center to refill my water bottle and found the water cooler empty and no refills available (though the water is drinkable, the sinks in the room were too short to fill my taller water bottle).

Liked: The staff was SO, SO friendly and helpful! We enjoyed talking to everyone. Also, the hotel accepts cats. We brought our cat.
Disliked: There was some dripping from the gutters right above the stairs.

Liked: I didn't care for those egg patties at breakfast but I had a bagel and cream cheese & it was fine.
Disliked: The goathead thorns back by the Annex where we could take the dog. Not much you can do about that!

Liked: Breakfast was good - lots of variety. Our room needs some TLC. The carpet is very worn by the door and looks shabby. We couldn't get the hot water to work.

The motel advertises as "pet friendly" but we had to pay a $20 surcharge for our dog and we couldn't stay in the room that we had booked (king size bed). They moved us to two queen size beds instead because of the dog.
