I love the location and...

Liked: The ppl are super nice
Disliked: My floor in my room was nasty . My granddaughter is crawling and we continues had to clean her knees and feet. We wore shoes or socks so the black was going on them. I’ve never stayed here and it be this nasty.

Liked: The room was clean and spacious.
Disliked: The pool and hot tub were not working and that was NOT disclosed online- I look forward to relaxing in hot tubs while staying in a hotel so I book based on the hotel having a hot tub- so I was pretty disappointed when we got all checked in and in my bathing suit walked outside and no facilities- so Triple check if their hot tub is working and is hot!!

Liked: Breakfast was ok. Hot, fresh oatmeal would have been nice. The oatmeal packets are not good.
Disliked: The carpets were very dirty in the halls and stairs on the 1st and 2nd floor. I called the front desk and they said they were shorthanded on cleaners. They could have stayed an extra hour and vacuumed the floors if they really wanted to help the hotel.

Liked: Staff was super kind
Disliked: Cleanliness was pretty bad in the room and the hallways, and general upkeep was poor. Also, the art was really off putting.

Overall the room was clean...

Liked: This location was easy to find and get to with easy access to the freeway. The staff were very helpful, friendly and willing to help out.
Disliked: There was a funny smell in the hall downstairs going to the breakfast room. And we were bummed out that the pool was not yet opened. We talked to the staff and understand that they were working on fixing the pool.

Exceptional

Liked: The location, the view from my room, the service. Breakfast was awesome every morning. They came and cleaned every day. Nice rooms.
Disliked: The pool wasn't ready to go.
