Disappointing

Better choices are available

Liked: Not much. Luckily only one night here. Not in Provo itself, right by busy highway, unattractive area (except for the mountains behind), not near restaurants. We drove 10 mins to eat.
Disliked: No elevator!!! And no rooms were available on the ground floor. We had to drag all our luggage up steps. The lack of an elevator is not highlighted in the Booking.com. Heating system us noisy and highway noise is also loud.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are updated and clean. The bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was more than cereal. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. Oh, they did have cereal, too. Breakfast was good. They are pet friendly. Good experience.

We will never stay there...

Liked: Was easy access off the freeway. They had remodeled it partially. Staff was nice and helpful.
Disliked: We stayed in a two queen plus sofa bed. The mattresses were bad, you sunk into middle, no support. Every time someone rolled over in the night or got up the beds made loud squeaking sounds and woke us up. The fridge was loud. The AC/Heating unit was loud. The traffic from highway and surrounded gas stations was loud. Truckers coming in and out. The shower door squeaked and was very loud. The sofa bed was not made when we arrived so we had to call for sheets. The staff ran some right up to us, but the bed was very worn. We had to use stairs for the second floor. The shower had some scum in the grout, but things had been cleaned. Just didn’t seem well sanitized. We didn’t even want to eat breakfast there because of how bad we slept and the uncleanliness issue.

Disliked: lots of noise, dogs barking next door, the AC/Heater was very loud every time it shut down, the ice machine across the hall was very loud every time it came on, spoke with the management about it when i checked out and he basically did nothing

I would probably look for...

Liked: Location from the highway.
Disliked: Pool was outdoor and closed for the season which was super sad for my three kids. We didn’t know it was an outdoor pool, but something to check on next time. They were also clearly in the middle of a renovation as some things were done, like the shower, and other things weren’t like the bathroom flooring. The whole room was hardwood floor which was not super comfy. The heat wasn’t on when we checked in and the temp outside was about 32°F (0°C) and the room was freezing. The heat also seemed to stay on constantly despite changing the heater multiple times so then we cooked overnight and that was uncomfortable in itself.
