Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The towels on the room was dirty. The front desk person was confused and lost looking the reservation long time for a check in.

Disliked: Not the cleanest, not enough AC air circulation for the unit, it was very hot and humid

Liked: I like the staff but that was pretty much all, to be honest.
Disliked: I didn’t like how we weren’t given extra towels or toilet paper and how the phone didn’t work.

Decent priced hotel with friendly...

Liked: Included breakfast was good (waffle maker, scrambled eggs, etc), fitness center was decent (treadmill, bike, dumbbells), front desk staff were very kind and helpful, cleaning staff were friendly and did a good job. This hotel was decently cheaper than Springfield area hotels.
Disliked: The beds were incredible soft and sagged in the middle. Hotel should probably replace mattresses soon. Room AC could not keep up with the heat and humidity in June. Our room was so muggy the last night that clothes and bed linens felt damp. Bathroom fan didn't work either.
