Enjoyable visit that served the...

Liked: Good location - used as a stop-over for journey from Tain in Scotland to home in Cheshire.Good food for evening meal and breakfast, reasonably priced.Very friendly, helpful, staff.
Disliked: Beds comfortable and bathroom facilities were fine, but soundproofing of windows could be better - could hear traffic and noises coming from rear of property.

Good location for M74

Liked: Room was comfortable, staff efficient and pleasant. Location was good for the M74.
Disliked: Room was small and dark. The traffic noise at the front of the hotel was quite loud, and there was a lot of noise from the plumbing pipes early in the morning. The food at the Bistro was not good.

Liked: Location, clean, quiet, nice room, comfortable beds. Parking on site, restaurant on site. Close to train station, highways. Walk to local pub
Disliked: Food pricey.

Liked: Staff and food were out of this world.
Disliked: The condition of my room was so poor i complained, dirty and unkept. I have photos.ONLY PROVIDED WITH 10% MONEY BACK ON AN EXPENSIVE BOOKING.Photos available on request.

Liked: Lovely old building with new extensions.Upgraded room, it was huge with great touches and a massive bed. Staff and food excellent
Disliked: On a main road but it was ok.
