Liked: I searched booking pet friendly motels they popped up Best Western popped up I booked for two nights then I come to find out no pets allowed I spoke with the manager twice telling me that they were going to refund me my money in full they been giving me the runaround back and forth to tell me that they're waiting on booking we can wait on them I still haven't refunded me my money and then I called today and told me the manager was fired though when I spoke to so I have no idea what the hell's going on but booking and Best Western need to get it together and on top of that neither one of them accommodated me which I felt like I should have been accommodated because it was their mistake so now I'm out 235 in the top of that I still had a book another room somewhere else
Disliked: I didn't like that you guys didn't refund me my money right away which I felt like should have been done I feel like I should have been accommodated

Find a better location

Disliked: Stayed here for Father’s Day weekend and it was a terrible idea. Unfortunately the pool was filthy, daughter tried the hot tub instead and that was even more disgusting reeking of urine. I was not comfortable with her going inside. Also the breakfast was CLOSED the next morning. Don’t stay here apparently they have a “C” rating. We picked this hotel and paid extra for the breakfast and amenities. I feel ripped off! This location was the worst one yet.

Liked: I didn't like much about this location
Disliked: I didn't like that they didn't tell me prior to checking in that they were not serving breakfast. When I asked for more towels, they didn't have any ?? And since we got in the pool, we needed extra towels... the jacuzzi water has a bad smell ?? And the room was a little dirty...

Passable

Disliked: 2 concierge carts for entire complex. Had to search for one, and felt like I stole it on the other side if complex. Then no elevators so had to Jimmy it ups 3 steps to get to the elevator so we could load car again.
