A very pleasant hotel in...

Liked: The Breakfast great choice and all food well cooked and tasty. Staff extremely friendly and helpful booked our evening restaurant for us off site. Great value for money.

Liked: Front of house staff were fantastic, helpful and polite. Our first room was dirty, when i spoke with the receptionist she changed our room. We didn't get into our second room until late evening as we were out for the day. The toilet hadn't been flushed and there was hair on the toilet seat. The second night when i got back to the room. The mugs hadn't been changed or cleaned, the coffee and tea things hadn't been refilled. Cleaning staff need a massive kick up the backside. They are letting this hotel down badly.
