Disliked: We had to wait for someone to get back the front desk to check in. We waitred about 15 mins. When we got to the room, there was water all over the front entrance. We called gr the front desk, and they said give them 5 mins to go take a look at it. It took them 15. When someone did come, all he did was wipe up the water and tried to tighten a pipe under the sink. The rag he used was dirty. The water was not coming from under the sink but from under the wall that was connected to the room next door. When I asked what if it happened again, he said it won't and put another rag on the floor in case it did. Rag was wet again in the morning.

Disappointing

Liked: Location, refrigerator and microwave.
Disliked: The room was stuffy and damp. The carpet felt moist. The AC worked but it never came off. The tub was very slippery. The faucet stayed on, unless you forced the handle down. The hallway and the room had an unpleasant odor.

Disliked: I booked this property MONTHS ago with the book now and pay at property. It was memorable day weekend FAMILY TRIP!! I drove 6 hrs and was an hour away when something told me to call and let them know we were running late well they cancelled my reservations and didn’t call to let us know ANYTHING!! Stating they ran my card and it didn’t go through well I was gonna use another card once I got to the hotel which is what it said I can do BOOK NOW PAY LATER AT THE PROPERTY!! What I think they did was noticed I booked that BEACHFRONT room for a very low price and canceled and rebooked at an extremely higher price being that it was a HOLIDAY weekend!! VERY SHADY PRACTICES!! 6 hr drive to get there at 9 pm to find I don’t have a room on MIAMI BEACH during a holiday weekend I’m sure you can predict how that worked out me!! I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN.
