Good

Liked: Room was nice, water got warm quickly, good fan to keep room chilly. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Front desk helped me out twice, house keeping was also friendly.
Disliked: I think the facility is just probably a little bit older, gym was stuffy could use some ventilation, crazy uneven road ramp to get to the hotel from the road.

It was just a bad...

Liked: I didn’t like that Best Western property
Disliked: Room wasn’t clean like it supposed be plus they gave me a room that I walked into and some people were already staying in it

Never again.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Garbage was spilling over into the ground. Floors were stained and filthy. We literally witnessed bad stuff going on across the parking lot at the low income building that involved ambulance and firetrucks. We were afraid for our safety.

WORST HOTEL EVER!

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable, I took a shower and the water was up to my ankles once I was done, the coffee downstairs was old and burnt, the breakfast was subpar and the tables were dirty I had to ask for my table to be wiped down and the lady caught an attitude for me asking her.

We like staying here because...

Liked: The location works for us for our return trip home to MI. The biscuits were rock hard but the sausage links, and patties were good. Coffee was spot on and the area was clean.
Disliked: As I said above the biscuits were hard and we got the last of the eggs which were not that warm. Maybe keeping an eye on and replenishing sooner would be better for customers.
