A sad time made better...

Liked: When the front desk found out I was there for the funeral of my son she upgraded me to the quiet side of the hotel away from the daily commuters that were residing there. I really appreciated this so I could grieve in peace. They also didn't give me any problems about my service dog.

Liked: Good location
Disliked: I needed and extended stay but not overnight I was willing to pay a little extra but they said I would have to pay for another night.so I didn’t like that ideal

have family in this area...

Liked: 1st day breakfast was fine except the waffle maker was down and my granddaughter wanted that, of course. 2nd day breakfast was great, everything was working and food was hot and tasty
Disliked: there was only 1 ice machine on the whole facility and it was not working and we drink all our drinks (except coffee) on ice with our cups
