We had a short but...

Liked: I loved how close it was to the station. We stayed for two nights, spent one day in Metz and another day in Luxembourg. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, we were allowed to leave our luggage with them after check out for a few hours as we walk around the city. The location is definitely the best! We’re really thankful for the staff, I didn’t get everyone’s name but the guy who checked us in (I think his name was Vincent) was really nice and helpful, he explained the city map to us multiple times and pointed us to tourist attractions.
Disliked: I almost didn’t go for this hotel because I see bad reviews about it (particularly about the bathroom) but I honestly think that while it was a little small, it’s decent enough.
