Best Western Melbourne City

Great location and kind staff!

Liked: The staff was amazingly kind (could even provide a scale to weight our luggage and gave us a free upgrade), the room was nice, the location was great!
Disliked: The shower hot water was not consistent andwhen we turned on the the aircon, a lot of dust came out (I am allergic to dust mites). We only stayed for one night (late check in and early check out) so we didn’t have time to complain at reception.

Exceptional

Liked: The Staff were so friendly and helpful..Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable..Have already booked my next stay..Highly recommend .
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like..

Perfect Location and Comfortable Room...

Liked: Easy check in and room access, clean room with a smart TV, bedding and pillows really comfortable. Stocked with tea,coffee,milk,shower gel,soaps etc.
Disliked: Small shower and terrible shower head but everything else made up for that

Definitely would come back.

Liked: Location near to the main bus and train station. Very clean and comfy. Fridge on the room.
Disliked: It was a bit cold, but I found out that you can use the ACC to heat the room. Too late tough.

Small nice hotel room

Liked: Rooms are small and cheap but they have everything you need, are warm, comfortable and clean, and the staff are really nice.
Disliked: Nothing really. I had a small room, which was fine for me, but would have been pretty cramped if two people tried to stay in it, even though there was a double bed.
