Best Western Medical Center North Inn & Suites Near Six Flags

Room great. Hotel quiet. Room clean and large. Front desk was exceptional at check-in. Close to many restaurants. Close to airport. Love this place.

Liked: From check in to check out it was a pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean and well kept, as was our room. I would stay there again with no hesitation.

Disliked: I booked my room through Booking.com, and the confirmation clearly states that it was for 4 adults and 3 children. Everything was accurate when I reserved it. But when we arrived, the man at the front desk made a big deal about how many people were staying and charged me extra for more guests, even though the correct number of people was already listed in the reservation.He said they just needed to know how many people were staying — but that doesn’t make sense. I’ve stayed at many hotels before, and I’ve never had to pay more just because of who’s staying in the room, especially when it’s already disclosed in the booking.On top of that, we were given breakfast tickets, which made it seem like the extra charge was for that — but the next morning, no one checked for tickets at all. It honestly felt like we were being unfairly targeted. I also noticed that when other guests checked in later that night, the same man didn’t ask them how many people were staying.This was a frustrating experience, and I felt like my family wasn’t treated with the same respect as others

Liked: You can tell that the hotel has been renewed, they paint all the walls and even put new carpets, bed is not that comfortable but it works and most importantly hotel is very clean.
Disliked: At the day of the check out a staff member knocked at the door and I don’t know if he didn’t speak English or he had an impairment but he was making signs like it was time to go, that we needed to leave the room, but check out was until 12, and it was 10:00 a.m. so we tried to tell him that check out was at 12:00 and he kept insisting that it was time to check out, then he left and we reported this to the person in charge of the front desk, she was very nice and told us that he shouldn’t be doing that, she said she was going to address that with him .

Disliked: Size of bathroom and the road to get to the hotel is hard to get over due to traffic
