Negative.

Liked: The room was spacious.
Disliked: We didn't like the first 3 days of no service, towels, nothing. And then the last 4 days we were threatened with violence by their maids because we asked them to knock before just walking in our room on our kids who were changing. Their staff is a joke. They refused to refund my family after the boss witnessed this our stay was so uncomfortable and won't ever go to a best western again
