Liked: The Best Western Manor Hotel is comfortable and well-appointed. There is ample parking and the staff were courteous and attentive.
Disliked: The continental breakfast option simply isn't worth £14. The croissants are pre-packaged rubbish, and there is little else to whet the appetite. Cooked breakfasts were being made to order, but we can't comment on them as we didn't partake. There should be a lower price point - say £8 - for those that want only continental without a cooked option.

The room smelt of damp...

Disliked: The room smelt of damp very bad. It was hard to be comfortable with how bad the damp was. The room had Air fresheners in there implying the hotel knows about the issue. Did not enjoy the stay at all

Fabulous hotel with fantastic staff

Liked: The staff are this hotels number one asset. They are friendly, welcoming and helpfulThe hotel is part way through refurbishment and it’s looking amazing.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing
