Liked: This place closed but didnt cancel our reservation. But Red Roof Inn customer service got us a room down the road at RRI Monteagle, TN where they were very nice.
Disliked: No longer in business.

Disliked: the owners live in the hotel and every afternoon they cook and the smell is so strong over the already strong incense smell that it burned my eyes and made me nauseous. we almost left early. I sent a message about a jacuzzi room and they never responded, there was black mold on the ceiling in the hall way by our room, the room was 80 degrees and humid when we arrived, they had several days notice and could have turned the air on before we got there. there were no vending machines and only one ice machine worked and it was downstairs on the other side of the hotel from our room. next time we will pay more and stay somewhere else.

Liked: Booking and Checking in very easy, lobby was clean and nice to walk into in sight. Rooms were clean and front desk directed us to our room with ease off his map.
Disliked: Thought there would be more choices for breakfast, Juice was not on ice and warm. Also, front desk did not tell me anything regarding breakfast hours or the mini vending machine/pantry to purchase from. The cleaning supplies are masking a smell and too strong walking in hallways

Liked: Got coffee. We only used this as a stop over for travel so location wasn't important.
Disliked: The air freshners to mask odors. The recreation areas were out of order.

Liked: Breakfast was almost non-existent coffee juice and individually packaged small muffins. On the plus side beds were very comfortable
Disliked: Refrigerator had items left by the previous guests so if staff didn't check refrigerator what else didn't they do Bathtub stopper didn't work
