Ripped off!

Liked: Nothing because I never got to experience the hotel. it was cancelled by the hotel, and despite them confirming a refund, and me chasing for it, it was never given!
Disliked: The fact my hotel was cancelled and no refund ever received!

Comfy hotel in great location...

Liked: Breakfast was in the main good. Location was brilliant. Rooms clean and tidy. Stocked up with lots of coffee milk etc. Staff very helpful and chatty
Disliked: Breakfast on our first morning was a shambles. They couldn’t keep up with demand for cooked breakfast. Long waits for hot food. Had to keep going back for hot breakfast items. There is a lack of storage in the rooms especially in the bathrooms. Somewhere to put your toothbrush and shower gel would have been great. Water pressure in the bathroom wasn’t good either. Both sink and shower had poor flow

Disliked: There was confusion about my evening meal which I had prepaid for via booking.com but it was a surprise to the staff and I was asked to pay for it again at check out. All sort in the end but needs addressing. Could be booking.com issues rather than the hotels

Disliked: I turned up and it was a Refugee Centre and I’d not been informed that I couldn’t stay there.

Liked: The booking was cancelled the day before i was due to stay, I'm still waiting for a refund!!!Hotels is now housing immigrants and i cant get hold of anyone for a refund. Appalling from best western this!!!
