Friendly and convenient. Lovely food
Liked: Easy to book
Disliked: There was confusion about my evening meal which I had prepaid for via booking.com but it was a surprise to the staff and I was asked to pay for it again at check out. All sort in the end but needs addressing. Could be booking.com issues rather than the hotels

Liked: The booking was cancelled the day before i was due to stay, I'm still waiting for a refund!!!Hotels is now housing immigrants and i cant get hold of anyone for a refund. Appalling from best western this!!!

Disliked: It was obvious something was wrong, as though they weren't bothered about your stay and as it turns out they were getting set up to 2 weeks letter turn it into an Immigrant hotel.Probably one of the worst hotel stays I've had.Booking.com you need to check your suppliers more carefully. Disliked: We were due to stay here before an early flight the next morning, I few days before this I received a vague email informing me that my booking had been cancelled, my husband phoned and was advised that we would be contacted by them the day before our stay and alternate accommodation would be available. Ended up phoning back the next day as we couldn’t leave it to chance as knowing our luck we would end up having to sleep in the airport. Spoke to someone and was told a completely different story, the staff had only found out at the last minute that all bookings for the entire hotel had been cancelled and they couldn’t help with us alternative accommodation. We asked for a refund to be issued, which she said would be arranged. Almost a month later and we still haven’t received it.
