Very disappointing for a Best...

Liked: Close to where we were attending a function Room was cleanStaff were prompt in bringing remote when a/c remote was missing
Disliked: Air conditioner cover rattled loudly and we removed cover to find that it had been stuck down with blu tacNo shower curtain over bath and whole bathroom gets wet as shower pressure is very strongMattress was like a rockCups inadequate for a decent coffee and not enough milk Hairdryer did not workOnly 2 towels provided and no way of drying them so damp towels after morning shower A/C didn't work very well and it was a cold night

Liked: Great quiet location, friendly staff, we wished we had more time to spend together there. Rooms were clean, beds were clean n comfy.
Disliked: We arrived rather late at night n realised to horror, that none of the resturants around either were not open or did not deliver.
