Nightmare stay

Liked: The friendly staff
Disliked: The breakfast was horrible, beds horribly uncomfortable, hair dryer didn't work and not enough towels. I put in my reservation for 2 extra towels and was never given them. Check out should have been 12pm. The fridge was super small couldn't fit 2 drinks and our 2 plates of food from dinner causing me to have to throw away $90.00 worth of Anniversary dinner. I have not stayed at a Best Western in 18 years and was hoping it had gotten better. Obviously it has not.

Liked: Full sized pillows comfy bed
Disliked: Outdated the bathroom glowed orange which was weird

Disliked: Handi cap room is not true handi capped. Bed is to high off the floor and bathroom shower needs controls so they can be reached when setting on the bench.
