Liked: We truly enjoyed the front desk staff during our stay. The room was exceptional! Plenty of space for my son and I to relax, enjoy supper and a great night sleep.
Disliked: There wasn't anything we experienced we didn't like or enjoy.

Liked: Location was convenient.
Disliked: Toilet in my room was not working and not repaired, even after 2 requests. Room was not clean..bordered on filthy. Elevators all not operable for one day of my stay. Housekeeping did not refresh room during my 3 day stay. I had to request clean towels from front desk on 3rd night. In-room phones not operable at hotel..I feel this is a safety hazard
