Overall good value for money

Liked: Hot breakfast, close to the freeway, big room, clean bed, they allowed me to check in early (12:30) which was very nice, ample parking
Disliked: The tub was slippery which indicates some molds from being not cleaned well, toilet old, when we arrived they were kicking out someone & police came to arrest him

Good for a night stay...

Liked: We liked the location. Staff is nice and the hotel is very comfortable
Disliked: Furniture in room needs refreshing. Very worn and scared

The place to stay is...

Liked: Room near gas station, liquor store, donut shop, Starbucks, sizzler, plenty of parking and FREE. Continental breakfast included: bagels, fruit, waffles, toast, eggs, sausage cereal, orange juice, apple juice, coffee, yogurt just to name a few. Hotel had a pool and hot tub, and inside room had microwave, coffee machine, mini fridge and we had a balcony. And an ice maker outside. Room was clean, smelled good, comfortable bed, plenty of pillows and just enough blankets, roomie closet. And Mark at the front desk was very courteous, hospitable, friendly and welcomed us and wished us well as we left. Overall pleasant stay which is why our place to stay when visiting Long Beach this is our to stay place - no questions.
Disliked: Loved everything about our stay

Liked: Slightly dated although clean. Friendly staff, helpful too. A great restaurant 2 minutes walk away!
Disliked: Lift waasn´t working although they carried our luggage upstairs. The room was dated but clean and comfortable.
