I would recommend the hotel to anyone. Very lovely staff and hotel is clean.
Liked: Staff was friendly and supportive and professional.
Disliked: Need to have bottle water even to sell. As not everyone drinks tap water.

Don't go here
Liked: Not a lot
Disliked: When we arrived we were told that there was a maintenance problem with our room and we had to go to their other hotel nearby. They should have contacted us about this previously. The other hotel was awful. It smelt and had cockroaches! Not a nice place

I've stayed in nicer hostels
Liked: It's a few minutes walk to the rail station, or a 20 Uber into the city.
Disliked: When we arrived we were waiting to check in and overheard the facilities guy telling the receptionist not to let anyone in the room as the door was broken. We decided to head into the city to give them time to repair it, so didn't have time to rest after the drive down. The room was booked as a double room with two double beds - they pushed the bed right up to the wall to get a camp bed on the floor. Apparently, I turned over in the night and headbutted the light fitting, which was now overhanding the pillow. The mattress itself might have been older than the building - when you laid on it there was a definite dip in the middle that you rolled towards. The room itself was clean but very dated. Breakfast was a couple of lukewarm eggs, 2 slices of stale bread, an apple, a yoghurt, butter, a random preserve in a plastic pot, and a greasy croissant in a bag. It came with a plastic knife and fork, so you couldn't eat the yoghurt or open the eggs - and there was no plate, just the bags they came in. We ended up going to Mcdonald's instead. Some of the staff were quite rude - when I went to ask about breakfast the receptionist didn't greet me and just stared at me then reached under the counter to produce a single greasy bag and placed it on the counter without saying a word. There were 3 of us in the room - so I had to ask for two more. He sighed and pulled two more bags from under the counter. The keycard also stopped working on two occasions - when I took it back to reception the second time it seemed apparent that it was a chore for them to magnetise it for me. I was told it was my fault for leaving the card next to my phone - despite the fact that the card was in my RFID wallet and in a completely different pocket to my phone. We booked in for two nights with the intention of driving back early after the second night, but due to a lack of comfort in the room, we opted to leave a night early and return home.
