See above - very disappointed...

Liked: Pretty close to the airport - the staff was kind.
Disliked: The entirety - dirty, walls scuffed, elevator scuffed-one not in service, a/c was out in a heatwave. Breakfast mugs were dirty, breakfast was mediocre, faucets didn’t turn on. Key card kept deactivating.

I like the location and...

Liked: The lighting in the room was perfect. I could read at night with the lamp at the bedside. Breakfast was great. Front office staff exceptionally helpful and professional
Disliked: There was no water at all in the room. I couldn't imagine there would be no water in a hotel room like Best Western Hotel.
